The Madany family works with African refugees within the United States. Michael and Oetje help teach refugees English and provide them with assistance as they aquaint themselves in their new country.

Serving in some of the most challenging places on Earth

Our staff includes more than 1,000 people. Although some fieldworkers come from the UK or America, 95% of us are citizens of the countries where we work. It gives us a better understanding of the problems we face on a daily basis. Additionally, by employing citizens of the countries where we work, we employ some of the people we may otherwise provide with aid.
