Chung Youn Kim takes pride in a very challenging role: working as a nursing supervisior in Uganda. Chung Youn specializes in HIV care and brings comfort to those trying to cope with a very difficult situation.
Our staff includes more than 1,000 people. Although some fieldworkers come from the UK or America, 95% of us are citizens of the countries where we work. It gives us a better understanding of the problems we face on a daily basis. Additionally, by employing citizens of the countries where we work, we employ some of the people we may otherwise provide with aid.
