World Concern fieldworkers are called to work with the world’s neediest people.
Their service requires the support of friends, family and the community.
Most of our fieldworkers receive their full salary from World Concern directly, whether through donations or grants specific to a project.
Below you will find the biographies of our staff members working abroad who receive some money from World Concern, but also rely on supplemental support from donors.
While about 95% of our employees are from the countries where we provide aid, these staff members are primarily Americans who are serving in key leadership roles or work in unique capacities.
If you like, read their biographies and donate to them directly.
