Our fieldworkers

Serving in some of the most challenging places on Earth

Our staff includes nearly 900 people. Although some fieldworkers come from the UK or America, 95% of us are citizens of the countries where we work. It gives us a better understanding of the problems we face on a daily basis. Additionally, by employing citizens of the countries where we work, we employ some of the people we may otherwise provide with aid.
